• Yoga for hair

    That’s it, you’ve reached the main section of this website. If you didn’t read the other pages before, I invite you to do so.

    Now, yoga for hair, what is it ? An ancient and secret way of twisting your hair that only a very few men on this earth know about ? No, just some exercises that will improve your health, some of them are specifically targeted for hair problems.

    These exercises can be separated in two categories:

    1. breathing exercises (involving breath… if you’re still suspicious, just go and watch “Little Buddha” with Keanu Reeves and a cute little blond boy)
    2. “physical” exercises (even if breathing is physical, those exercises are more related to your “other” muscles, if you have any left…)

    Everything that you should know is explained. If you’re not sure, don’t do it, you might die. No, but seriously, just do the exercises without forcing them. Be aware all the time of what you’re doing. Don’t think about your problems, your work, your friends, the things that you need to get done, … you’ll have plenty of time to do so after this.

    Be relax and stay relax in the way that you feel like you’re expending yourself. I can’t really explain it and I’m sure there are many books out there that explain it very well. All I can say is that you just need to know that you can do it. And you won’t even need a Nike shoe for that. Because you’re made to do it. Otherwise we would not need a body and be just floating brains, wandering, thinking and worrying all the time.

    Seriously, all you need is time and patience. Everyone can do it in it’s own way. You don’t need to look like someone to be right, you just need to feel that what you do makes you feel better (if you’re honest with yourself) and if it doesn’t, just stop, you might be doing it wrong.
